bug fix release candidate

hi,

since the API cleanup, and with it the next mayor release, is somewhat
stalled, we decided to make a bug fix release.

  Here are the fixes we have in mind:

* Fix infinite loop on reading ome broken files.
* Optimization in time conversion (don't call localtime()).
* Clear data descriptor flag in central directory, fixing Open Office files.
* Allow more than 64k entries.

The beta tarball at
        http://nih.at/libzip/libzip-0.9a.tar.gz
reflects that.  We'd appreciate any tests you could submit it to.
