distributing windows dll of libzip

e've been asked if we could distribute a Windows DLL along with the
source release, and I think this would be good for our Windows users.

  However, we can't build it ourselves, and don't know what to look
out for, so we ask for your help.  We would like an official DLL we
can distribute on our web page, usable with all common compilers.
(Are there ABI incompatibilities between different compilers or
versions?)

  Also, we would like a README file explaining how to install and use
the dll and acompanying header file for the most common compilers.

  Would any of you be willing to provide that?  You'd also get the
credit on our web page.
